Required documents for opening foreign currency account:

The request for opening foreign currency account has to be accompanied by the following copies of documents (the originals are required for check only)

For the companies registered till year 2006.

- Decision for registration in the Trade register
- Court registration, forms from 1-7
- Decision from the State Statistical Office
- Verified signatures of the authorized company representatives (ZP form)
- Document proving the tax number issued by the Public Revenue Office
- Confirmation from the Customs Administration of the RM
- Signatures slip from the Denars account verified by bank

For the companies registered after year 2006.

- Decision from the Central Registry
- Verified signatures of the authorized company representatives (ZP form)
